With a couple of exceptions, all of the products that we sell here at Wallace Farms are perishable food items. Those food items are hand-delivered to you at your pick-up location. Unfortunately, perishable items cannot be returned. All sales of perishable food items are final. If there is a quality issue with any of our products, please let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
If you are seeking a refund due to a quality concern, we ask that digital photos be taken of the product and emailed to us. We will review these photos and issue an appropriate refund. Photos are required for a refund. All damaged or product quality claims need to be made within 24 hours of customer pick-up. If a quality issue is verified and a refund is issued for a perishable item, the item can be discarded after an appropriate refund has been determined. Do NOT ship food items back to Wallace Farms.
