Refunds

With a couple of exceptions, all of the products that we sell here at Wallace Farms are perishable food items. Unfortunately, perishable items cannot be returned. All sales of perishable food items are final.

If you are seeking a refund due to a quality concern, we ask that digital photos be taken of the product and emailed to us. We will review these photos and issue an appropriate refund. Photos are required for a refund. All damaged or product quality claims need to be made within 24 hours of customer pick-up. If a quality issue is verified and a refund is issued for a perishable item, the item can be discarded after an appropriate refund has been determined. Do NOT ship food items back to Wallace Farms.
