Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you may checkout as a guest. That said, we encourage returning customers to create an account for faster checkout.

When and where are local pick ups?

In addition to shipping, we offer local pickup at select Illinois and Iowa locations according to the schedule on our local pickup page.


How do I place an order for pickup?

Select “Pick up” as your delivery method at checkout, then select your pickup location and date from the list of available options. On the day of your scheduled pickup, simply look for the Wallace Farms truck!


What if I can't make my scheduled pickup?

Contact us if you need to cancel or reschedule an order for pickup. Please provide at least 24-hours notice for cancellation and rescheduling requests.


How do I place an order for shipment?

We're happy to ship orders to physical street addresses throughout the contiguous United States. To place an order for shipment, select “Ship” as your delivery method at checkout. Shipped orders are batched for delivery according to the below schedule. You will receive a FedEx tracking number via email after your order has shipped.

Can I schedule my shipment?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate scheduling requests at this time. All orders will be delivered according to the delivery dates above.


Do you tax your items?

Sales tax collection is only required in those states where we have a physical location – Illinois and Iowa. At this time our products are not subject to sales tax collection.


Are your items cooked or raw?

It varies. A majority of our meat cuts are raw, while some of our processed items come pre-cooked.


Will my items arrive frozen?

Yes. We utilize dry ice and a shipping container system to ensure products remain frozen in transit. If you receive a thawed delivery, please contact customer service immediately.
