Along with our farm in Keystone, Iowa we work with 3 other families that raise 100% grass-fed beef.

All hot dogs, snack sticks and sausages are made WITHOUT nitrites, MSG, fillers or preservatives.

Pastureland Butter
The butter we sell is produced from organic cows that are 100% grass-fed....no grains in the diet! And the butter is only made from spring to fall to maximize the CLA and Omega-3s. The color is a deep yellow compared to the light yellow or white butter found in most grocery stores?..even the current organic options.

Certified Organic Chickens

Our source for chicken is Calvin Yoder from Echo Dell Farm. He raises certified organic chickens in the spring and fall. These broilers are frozen whole at a USDA facility and weigh an average of 5-6lbs each. They are raised in an open air shelter and have the ability to range outside during the day.

Calvin raises all of the grains on his farm where he currently runs an organic dairy as well. I?ve known Calvin now for 6 years and can assure you that he raises these birds with the highest care and attention to detail.

Pasture-Raised Turkeys

Our source for turkey is John Peterson and his family. They have been raising turkeys on pasture for 3 generations. The turkeys are outside on pasture after the brooding stage and are never fed antibiotics or growth hormones.

"Fresh Air" Pork

Our pork is raised by small farmers who believe hogs should be raised outdoors and on deep bedded straw and never given hormones or anti-biotics. ?Fresh Air? is a phrase the captures our pork best vs. the large confinement systems that most pork is raised in.

Alaskan Seafood
The salmon we provide our customers is caught by small family fishing camps off the Cook Inlet in Alaska. Clean, glacier-fed waters supply the perfect environment for the healthiest fish you can eat?they are loaded with Omega-3 fatty acids. All the fish is vacuum sealed and frozen immediately after the catch to preserve the quality and flavor.

Wild American Shrimp
All of the shrimp offered is from Wood?s Fisheries, a very professional and sustainable operation based out of Port St. Joe, Florida. They are strong supporters of the Certified American Wild Gulf Shrimp Program and have a high-tech processing facility that allows them to eliminate the use of chemicals and preservatives in their freezing process.
